This breeding brings together proven field ability, strong Labrador type, and pedigrees rooted in generations of retrievers bred to work.
Pete brings a powerful old-school performance pedigree with influence from Black Gold’s Kate’s Rascal, Charlemagne, Air Express, and Super Chief. He represents the kind of Labrador pedigree we value, athletic, intelligent, driven, and grounded in proven working bloodlines.

Babe is HRCH Sycamore’s Slide Over Babe MH, a talented female with the trainability, marking ability, temperament, and versatility we strive to produce at Sycamore Kennels. She earned her Hunting Retriever Champion and Master Hunter titles and has successfully competed at the Grand level. She has one Grand Pass and has competed at Master Nationals. Babe is headed back to the Grand in attempts to finish her GRHRCH title at the hands of Scott Greer at NorthFork Kennels.

We expect this cross to produce athletic, biddable Labradors with strong retrieving desire, excellent trainability, and the temperament to transition naturally from the field to the home.
These puppies are intended for active hunting homes, hunt test and field homes, and families looking for a Labrador with genuine working ability without sacrificing companionship or type.
