When a certain water test came along, he was one of the first to complete his work. I drove him over to the show where the Labradors were being judged while the rest of the field trial test was still going on. He completed his bench championship and I took him back to the trial where he won the Open Stake, making him a field trial and a bench champion on the same day, which I think is a very unique accomplishment.'"
