EIC/CNM clear. Some may be yellow factored. 30 month guarantee on hips/elbows/eyes. Puppies will be raised in the house around the family (which includes toddlers). Will be using ENS and the Puppy Culture program. Will have first set of shots, be dewormed, and dewclaws removed.
FC AFC Rufus has been to the National Amateur 4 times, and made it all the way to the 9th series, summer 2023. He loves what he does and it's evident in his work.
Edie ran Quals for the first time this year. She had multiple placements and won a 41 dog Q at West Central MN in July. She has 2 Master passes and I intend to finish her MH in 2024 while continuing to play the FT game.
Rufus is approx. 70#. His career and accomplishments speak to his talent and trainability.
Edie is approx. 70#. She is high-drive and stylish while also being a great team player. A good marker and a strong blind runner. Under control and focused on the line (and in the holding blind) makes her a joy to run.
Rufus and Edie have both been hunted over and are also very pleasant dogs to live with in the house. Edie goes to work with me through the week and sleeps under my desk.
Edie is Negative/Clear for CM, CY, DM, EIC, HNPK, HUU, PKD, PRA-prcd, SD2, and dilute.
My goal with this breeding is to produce puppies that have what it takes to be competitive at the upper levels of whatever sport you choose, while having the trainability to be enjoyed by an amateur handler/trainer. Field trials/hunt tests/hunting, obedience/rally, scent work/tracking/SAR, agility, etc. This is what I love about field Labs - they have drive and want to learn, which makes training fun. Added bonus is they won't eat the friends and strangers you meet on your adventures.
