• The acclaimed “search” instincts of both Teddy (Cooperstowns Splendid Splinter of Blazing Red) and his highly accomplished father, Blackpowder’s Blazing Red Flame (UH; (5)GRHRCH; GMPR; MH; MHN; QAA HOF), have been brought to this breeding.
• Teddy is a boldly handsome, reddish-yellow labrador, who is well known nationwide as a Grand Champion Hunting Retriever (GCHRCH), a Master Hunter (MH), a four-time Grand Master Pointing Retriever (4xGMPR), and a 2023/2024 indictee into the APLA Hall of Fame, HRC Honorable 1,000 Points Club member, and a Top Producing Stud in HRC. Teddy averages between 61 – 65 lbs
• Rosie is a beautiful fox red labrador, who earned her Master Hunter title at 2 yrs. 4 mos., and also qualified for the 2022 Master National competition prior to her pregnancy (a breeding with FC AFC Another Round in the Chamber - “Bullet”). She has offspring who have completed and are completing their HRCH titles, and will soon begin training for upcoming Master Hunter, Master National, and Grand events. Her nationally acclaimed grandfathers are FC AFC Gunstock's Topshelf Snap Decision and 4XGMPR GRHRCH QAA MH Rooster Smasher. Rosie is a keenly accurate marker, is drag racing-fast on command and has outstanding line manners. She is exceptionally calm and is quite content just to be close to wherever her people are. She averages around 62 - 65 lbs.
• While these puppies can be retrieving workhorses for professional waterfowl guides, serious hunters, and the upper echelons of retriever hunt tests/competitions, their similar sense of "calm" equips them well for the “beloved member of a household" part.
